                                                                    I had a very disappointing experience at the Italian restaurant. The noise level was so high that conversation was difficult, and the food quality was unfortunately very poor. The fried appetizers and entrees lacked flavor, and the pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli were particularly underwhelming; the gnocchi seemed to be primarily garlic. The service was good, but the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and the overall value was far below what we paid.

Over the past month, we’ve lowered our prices below the industry average to offer more value without compromising quality. However, we understand your meal didn’t meet your standards.
