   We went on a Tuesday night for my husbands birthday but I think they were taking pictures for an ad or some marketing campaign because two tables down there was so much flash going off, it was very annoying and distracting considering the restaurant is dimly lit so the flash from the cameras are very noticeable. Our server was visibly stressed as it did not seem he had much help running drinks to so many people in his section. My espresso martini probably the worst I’ve ever had and the food was average, nothing special. Overall this restaurant was not worth how expensive it is.

   The guy who waited on us was super sweet but it took him forever to get come and greet us, let alone come back and bring us things, or check on us. It was super dead that night so it was no reason. There was an issue with the check and the manager was super condescending and rude. This is my second bad experience here so i probably won’t be back.

   Decided to spend my wife’s birthday at STK and it was just ok. Took 15 min to be seated after checking in at 8:55pm, reservation was for 9pm. Our server was very kind however no mention of my wife’s bday, no slice of cake for her or anything while the table next to us got those perks. Just a little disappointing.

   While certain aspects were quite enjoyable, there were also areas that could benefit from improvement. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, and the table provided was suitably accommodating for wheelchair access, which I appreciated. The food, in particular the lamb, pasta, and steak dishes, were of high quality and delicious. However, we found the sliders and short ribs to be less successful. The slider buns were excessively hard, making them unappealing even to children, and the short rib portion was insufficient and lacked flavor. This disparity in quality between dishes warrants attention. The service, while initially lacking in promptness and a warm welcome (we experienced an unattended entrance and an unexplained delay in seating), improved once our server arrived. While our server was courteous, the overall consistency of service did not fully align with the level of gratuity we paid. Additionally, we were unable to find pricing information on your website or OpenTable, which would be beneficial for prospective diners. The absence of a children's menu also presented a challenge, though we acknowledge that your establishment might not primarily target families. While you made an effort to accommodate our children, a children's menu would enhance the dining experience for families. Finally, the DJ's performance created a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, our experience was mixed. While the food (excluding the sliders and short ribs) and ambiance were positive, the inconsistencies in service and lack of clear pricing information necessitate improvement. We believe addressing these points would significantly enhance your customer's experience.

   This was by far one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I travel all over and dine out a lot. I had a waitress that up sold without being honest there were three people we had a $602 bill only to find out that she offered Additional things without explaining that there’s a hefty charge we’re talking seven dollars for a sprinkle of a spice on salmon. We’re talking $42 for three shrimp. We’re talking $13 for a tiny little circle of truffle butter. Shame on STK‘s corporate office because she said that corporate makes them upsell. They send in secret shoppers not good. I will tell everybody how horrible this experience was and there’s way too many restaurants in uptown Dallas for STK to try and gouge we literally Had maybe $200 worth of food and yet was charged over $602. I will never return and I will never say anything nice about this location. And the food truly was just mediocre. Was on a Wednesday night and I could count on one hand how many people are in this restaurant from 5 PM to 730 now I know why

   Food was very pricey, not very good, and service was slow even with 3 tables and one large party in the restaurant. My girlfriend and I waited nearly 20 mins for someone to come back around and drop our check off so we could leave.

   The vibes was vibing but I didn’t like paying 109 dollars for mediocre service and nasty macaroni and cheese and steak that I could’ve made better at home

   Excellent food and service. Even the manager came to check on us a few times. Our waitress was (Kai--hope I remembered her name correctly) was phenomenal. I definitely recommend STK

    We attend STK in every city where we have an event for Real Estate. It’s one of our favorite places to gather and mastermind. It’s sad to say, this was not our experience at this STK. The service and experience was not at the level we expected. We will not visit this location when in Dallas again.
