OUR INSPIRATION
Stoke & Rye by Chef Richard Sandoval is a modern American grill with a menu reflecting both the Colorado landscape and Chef Sandoval’s creative stylings. Dishes are genuine, time-honored, and traditional -- slow roasting in wood embers, braising, preserving, and smoking techniques bring the true flavors of America's great foods. Grilled steaks, flamed tomahawk, hand-cut steaks and chops, shucked oysters, house-smoked line caught Colorado trout and more comprise the menu highlights.

We went for my birthday and the staff made it incredible. Lance was very attentive, and gave great recommendations, and checked in on us throughout the meal. Definitely going to come back. Food was incredible and we were seated by the window with a beautiful view.

We had such a wonderful experience at Stoke and Rye - we will definitely be back! Food and drinks were fabulous, but what really made our experience was our server Lance. Lance made our night so much fun and so memorable! We recommend the whiskey flight bone marrow luge - just ask Lance about it

We had the 52 oz. tomahawk steak and it was outstanding! Pricey, yet definitely worth it. The fondue was also delicious. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. It wasn’t because the restaurant was super busy; we saw many tables seated after us and were served much quicker. Just plain poor service.

Me and my daughter went here for dinner and it was amazing. The food was really good. When we sat down, it didn’t take long before someone came to ask us what we would like. I ordered a steak to share and it was delicious but I do think of it was a little over priced even though it was so good. I do recommend this restaurant when u want to have a nice dinner with friends or family.

Despite being a busy Presidents Day and Valentine’s weekend, the service was great. We enjoyed recommendations from our server and sommelier, and they even crafted a special drink for our daughter. The food was also delicious
