OUR INSPIRATION
Stoke & Rye by Chef Richard Sandoval is a modern American grill with a menu reflecting both the Colorado landscape and Chef Sandoval’s creative stylings. Dishes are genuine, time-honored, and traditional -- slow roasting in wood embers, braising, preserving, and smoking techniques bring the true flavors of America's great foods. The experience was amazing . Lance the server and Kevin the manager took great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. We do travel content and travel all over the world and eat places and this was one of the best experiences !! Get the tomahawk If you love steak !!!

Alexander is the most amazing server. He is professional and attentive and understanding. He treats everyone like they are important and special. He has served us several times and is always so kind. Food is also fantastic ;)
