We were placed on a table that was completely different from what the pictures showed, in a completely different room next to the nice one. It was cold and and it looked like we were at any other restaurant, it did have a fireplace but that was it. Buffet was ok, not being replaced as you would expect for the price. The main dinner place is beautiful but nothing guarantees that you would sit there. Too expensive for what it was provided. Do not recommend

Thanksgiving buffet….indigestible steam table glop, $80/person. Server was waayyy too chipper, in-your-face and too present. Third and last time to eat here.

I booked this reservation for an anniversary dinner. There’s not much parking in the area so valet was our best option, it was around $14 without tip. The hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays and we received a warm welcome from the host stand. Every interaction with the servers was extremely welcoming and professional. Our server was Gina and she was excellent. Our only complaint was the volume of the live music but when seated in the dining room the noise level went down. We also received complimentary mocktails (we’re under 21) and chocolate covered strawberries to end our meal. Overall I’d say Subito gave us the perfect night.

Went here for our 20 wedding anniversary. Restaurant is gorgeous. I ordered the special (Elk) and was not good. This server had zero idea what kind of entree he was describing. Elk was good, cooked perfectly, but the sauce on it was inedible. I ate about 1/4 of it and let the server know and apologized and took my plate. Still paid for it though. Sooooo, my wife and I split her meal. To pick this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, spend $230, and split a meal kind of took away from the occasion. Especially with alerting the server of the meal. The hotel is incredible and so is their staff. The restaurant side, not so much.
