Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

Food great service very good until end when we were left to wait for waitress to take a 12 person table ordered i hold her we needed to go please bring the bill. After 10 minutes I asked the manager to cash us out so we could go.

our reservation was at 8 o’clock. They texted me at 7:45 to say to start making my way down so we sat down by 7:50 and ended up getting up and leaving by 8:10 we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come over and give us drinks. There was multiple big parties there so I understand but at the same time it was a place that we really like to go to and we wanted to try out the new menu but the fact that we had to wait 15 minutes just to get a drink or a water or a waitress was ridiculous. and it was a sunday night….

Food was expensive and not good. Drinks were okay but also very expensive. Service was great though.

What a wonderful server we had - terrific personality, he was singing to the music playing at Hard Rock AC. Food was yummy, good portions, reasonable $$$. Desserts were outstanding

We would have loved to have given you stars… we put in a reservations three weeks in advance to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday at 11:00pm We arrived and the gates were up. I asked if we could be seated and was told no. I said oh well we have a reservation and the person said we’re closed and walked away. Well. That sucked. Now we are hungry and everything is closed. Great job! If you want to close at whatever time I have no issue. But don’t allow someone to make a reservation for a special occasion and then not honor it. Didn’t even give me an opportunity to ask to cancel the reservation then so it doesn’t come up as a no show. No fun drink at midnight for us thanks for nothing. Good thing I planned in advance.

Second time there. First time we got burnt French toast (flipped it upside down so we couldn’t see). This time they brought out a different drink that I ordered and food was not prepared like how it wanted. I wanted soft back on and got extra crispy. Service and management very good, but the cook staff needs to be better.

I have been here before, and it is enjoyable, but the prices are very high for what you get. We had a very nice server, but service was a bit slow. We will still always come back, however!
