   Upon arrival very empty, kind of strange only 3 other families. We were seated upstairs by windows, which appeared to be very nice but as we sat we noticed windows were dirty, paint was peeling on spots and it appeared some of the hearts on the wall were missing. Our Waiter arrived and was very pleasant greeting us. But took a good amount of time to return to take our order. When he came back he took our order and left and we realized he never asked/ took our drink order. Long wait again for appetizers. Our appetizers arrived by a runner (not a server) so we still couldn’t order drinks. We did not have any plates for our appetizers(took them from an empty table when we still had not seen our waiter. Our food arrived and our waiter came and asked if we needed anything, we ordered drinks and syrup that was missing from a meal and salt and pepper. Waiter came back with drinks and forgot syrup. After waiting again for a long period no waiter to be found went down and asked hostess for syrup, she replied “ ask your waiter”! Lol.. well if we could find him! Waiter finally arrived after other were almost done eating with syrup. One or the 3 burgers that were all requested medium was well done, and birthday girls chicken dish was pretty awful, chicken was visually unappealing and tough to eat, potatoes were also under cooked, broccolini was only good thing on the dish. We had planned to do fun desserts but the waiting time was just killing the vibe. They did come sing happy birthday! It was cute and Birthday girl laughed. Thank you! But sadly we would definitely not return.

   Hostess seemed very annoyed we were there lol. Waiter was great. Food was tasty. Biggest complaint, the entire floor was sticky anywhere you walked. Like they used the wrong cleaner. Gross for a restaurant.

   The service was warm and friendly, 10/10 for that. Our appetizers were good but my Entree was really salty, one bite gave me a slight headache. Couldn’t take more than that bite. The environment was nice and cozy especially for date nights. I would try again, hopefully the food will be better.

   I recommend this business, but not this location. It was single handedly the WORST dining experience I've encountered. I gave 2 stars based on location alone. It took us 45 minutes to get our single order of fries and then an additional 30 mins before we recieved our drinks. We gave up on getting dinner after an hour and a half. Boston has so many better options, and Sugar Factory has so many better locations. Do better.

   Our reservation was for 7pm. When we arrived, it was as though the restaurant had just opened, there were a few patrons but not crowded at all. We had to wait 15 mins before being seated; while watching others who did not have a reservation be immediately seated. It took about 22 mins before we were given a glass of water and then another 20 before the waitress actually came to take drink orders. We waited another 30 mins before a different waitress took our food order. The French fries were cold!! We sent them back twice until we just gave up. The $39 wings were not good at all. We sent them back to order something different which took about 45 mins, therefore one of our guests did not get a chance to eat. The automatic gratuity is ridiculous because you can get the worst service in the world and still be forced to tip 20% and then they ask for additional tip. Overall, the experience was horrible!!! The service was horrible and it’s certainly a place to brag about to out of town guests. Highly disappointing.

    They were very busy but they kept bringing me Alfredo when I ordered Cajun pasta with shrimp n then they took a minute to serve us they also forgot my Shirley temple I ordered too it seems like the guy who took my order wasn't listening very well to me I think 30.00 for a Cajun pasta was bizarre though because it's a chicken Cajun but I asked for shrimp instead and they charged me 10.00 which is strange but anyways seems like the table next to us was getting a lot more attention then us but I was patience and polite but we got there at 6 and didn't get out of there till 830 and wasn't planning to be there that long with 5 yr old twin boys because they have school tomorrow n I work and go-to school online as well anyways but there was one lady I think she was a manager maybe she was very sweet and nice and checked in us very often they were all nice n I know they were busy but they need to do a little better with there service I think they didnt have enough people working tonight which was a very busy night alota if birthdays but overall it was a great experience my boys enjoyed themselves food was great I was so stuffed the salted caramel ice coffee was bomb that came with the waffle on it I'll def be coming back to book reservations for my birthday August 9th also can't wait but hopefully the service is way better this time I hope and 🙏🏻
