Sugar Factory Orlando features delectable dinner selections. This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. Signature treats include famous Couture Pops, smoking Goblet Drinks, candy infused cocktails, and the one-and-only King Kong Sundae.     What we thought would be a fun and cute experience turned into an over priced experience. My Ceasar salad had no croutons and when I asked for croutons I was told they were making them. After finishing my salad, no croutons. My sisters’s salsa for her quesadilla had hairs in it. We ordered milkshakes that contained caramel sauce, no caramel but they never bothered telling us they were out. This place is not worth the hype. It was dirty inside and extremely loud.

    This location is very run down. Service was terrible. Front area where all the candy is kept looked like it had been abandoned. NO WORKING RESTROOMS. You have to leave the restaurant and walk down the street per their directions. If you want to dine hood rat style this is the place for you!

    Restaurant was dirty and smelled bad. The service was very poor, and took more than 45 minutes just to serve our drinks. We had to ask to get them. The food was expensive for the poor quality and bad taste. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.

    Waited 30 minutes and server never came, no employees seemed interested in our table, or the table next to us. We ended up walking out and no one said anything.

    OMG! please ask for Nita as your server! She was the Best! The food was amazing! The atomosphere was amazing! Did i metion Nita my waitress? Just the best! Nita went over and beyond what I had expected , she made my day and this vist to The Sigar Factory a memorible and the highlight of my trip! Thanks Nita and thank you Sugar Factory!!!
