Sugar Factory Orlando features delectable dinner selections. This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. Signature treats include famous Couture Pops, smoking Goblet Drinks, candy infused cocktails, and the one-and-only King Kong Sundae. We also will be serving brunch on Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for any day that you are wanting to dine with us.

    It was birthday and I always wanted to go! First time ever and it was a vibe the whole time. The music, the servers, the food, the ambience. It was like being in a club but being able to eat as well. I would’ve loved to have gotten a birthday song but someone else was there celebrating her sweet 16 and I didn’t want to steal her shine. 16 is more important 34 lol

    Do not waste your time going, I attended my reservation, made it 15 min prior to my scheduled time , waited for 30 min standing in the waiting area which was extremely hot and loud. The service horrible, the employees yelling at each other. Huge lack of respect for the clients. They overbooked and I had to go because my kids were starving and no table was available until almost 9pm, which is extremely disrespectful because my reservation was at 8pm. Sugar factory isn’t what it used to be

    Even though we had a reservation it took them 45 min to seat us. And some parties that just checked in they were seated before us. I guess because of the large amount of people. Alongside that they added you a 3% tip for the kitchen which my food was really bad. And it took forever. The only good thing was my server. She was super attentive. The lack of sense of urgency and service is outstanding. The candy shop? Ohh my no more candy only the ice cream place and some expired candy’s. They should do better

    My family really enjoyed and will be back for sure! It was my son birthday and they surprised him with and celebration and played one of his favorite songs!

    Trust the reviews. Our service was good but other than that the overall experience was not. Many menu items not available or arriving as advertised. A chicken dish came out freezing cold in the middle and was indelible - our server was great about it and removed it from the bill. We did not want a replacement for it. We read the reviews before arriving and giggled because that’s often the way and we end up loving almost everywhere we go so didn’t worry about it a bit. After being there 15 minutes we all looked at each other and agreed the reviews are right and people should have a heads up before they also waste their time and money. It’s really unfortunate because we had high hopes and were so excited. I would still love to try a different location but we will not be returning here.
