We had a reservation for 6:45pm, were not seated until 7:20. Waited until 9pm for our food but it never showed and were told "no ETA" on our order. Paid for the overpriced champagne and left.

Ther Service and Ambiance was Great! The server was knowledgeable and friendly, although she did bring the wrong 1st course for two of my guests. She corrected it immediately and without hesitation. Three of my guests ordered the Business Lunch and the Delmonico Steak, all ordered either Rare or Medium Rare but all of them came out Medium or higher. There was not a bit of pink in the Steak. Even though the steaks were over cooked the flavor was fine. The sides were all good. One thing to note; I always look forward to the Lobster Bisque it was the best in the city, now they have changed it to Lobster and Shrimp Bisque, while still tasty not the same. If it was not for the great service and server, it would have been a completely unremarkable and ordinary lunch.

Good server. Table was ready when we arrived. Food was delish. One salad was forgotten, but quickly ordered and served. Seamless checkout.

Sebastian was fantastic, chef messed up my order multiple times, steak was wrong meat type, came out well done for med rare, allergic to strawberries as stated on reservation, confirmed by Sebastian and then sent home with strawberries with my cheesecake… Light fixtures are dusty and makes the place look dirty. If we were not regulars I would not come back. Huge drop of the ball. Again Sebastian and the host were great. Food was wrong, poorly cooked, not timed well, and served me what can kill me.

We waited 15 minutes for a table. The service was very bad, we barely saw our server. We ordered beef wellington and never got it, and were still charged for it, which we didn’t realize until we left and paid. The steak had to be sent back and still was rare when we got it returned to us, when we ordered medium rare. The au gratin potatoes were just chunks of potatoes, not as advertised. We got our food later than others that arrived after us. We left extremely disappointed and frustrated especially for the price we paid. I will not be coming here again.

Listen to some great music, great service , had the wagyu steak and ahi tuna appetizers. Will be back soon. Thanks Veronica see you next year.

We had not been to Sullivan's in several years. We missed it! Servers Josh and Veronica were fabulous with great suggestions for wine and entrees. Tuna appetizers was delicious, and steak cooked to perfection. We will be back soon. Thank you.

Veronica our server was Amazing. She is the reason there are any stars. The last two times we went to Sullivans we were so disappointed but decided to give it a try at lunch. We needed to l leave the restaurant by 2:15. So we decided to show up around noon for lunch believing that we would have plenty of time to eat and then check out the mall. The food was extremely slow in getting to us. And as soon as it was served, we knew that these thin hard steaks were extremely overcooked. Our server was extremely shocked as well. She took all of them back and had them fire our food while the steaks came back very good however, the sides that were on our plates were cold. They didn’t reheat any of that. But it was still OK. The flavor was spot on. it definitely was not worth $130 for lunch however. And we ended up having to pack up our desserts to go because we had been there over two hours. Veronica was amazing and she is the only reason that we would return to Sullivans in the future
