We had a party of 3, Each of us ordered the Sure Thing with the filet medium. Filet for each of us was pretty well done with one being extra crispy. Mashed potatoes were served cold and the bordelaise sauce was cold. Food runner said that was normal. Dessert was mixed up. Sullivan's was a good place to go in the KOP area in the past. Much better options in the area for a good filet and dinner.

Used to have the best shrimp for a shrimp cocktail. Now it’s the thawed out frozen de-veined ones that taste frozen. # 1 wedge salad is now average…

We had my 89 year old dad for dinner last night and we had zack and he was AMAZING. Very attentive and very nice. He did not rush us at all and he even went out of his way to come to the bar area after we left the dining room to thank me for our tip. Will be back and it was a great experience.

Overall, food was OK my sides were cold Didn’t even feel like sending them back so we just ate them.

We chose KOP Sullivan’s as a central location to celebrate the holidays, drinks and heavy apps were prepared well and filling enough for dinner. Service was good and we will return for another dining experience in the future

Ambience was warm and cozy feel for time of year. Christmas music was fun and more hip. We wondered why the manager wasn’t walking around. No complaints. A pleasant dining experience. We will return!
