I Didn’t like that servers barely interacted with us. Took forever to order since they forgot about us and I asked for a bigger table since we always order a lot of food but they didn’t put us in one.. Just didn’t feel very welcomed here. 2nd time coming here, But I’ll skip on my next visit and check out what else is around San Francisco.

My friend and I arrived right at the 5pm evening opening. There were only a few other guest so the environment was quiet and staff was very good about checking in on us. For appetizers we got the Tofu Salad and Soy & Garlic Korean Chicken which were both phenomenal. However neither my friend or I could eat our main dishes (Creamchi Rice Cake / Belly Bap) because they tasted like the kitchen poured raw fish water in the dishes which was too overpowering to stomach. Overall a little pricey, especially for the chicken and main dishes but it was worth a try!

Awesome food! My family and I had brunch at Surisan and the food was outstanding, service was good, same as drinks and ambience. But the culinary experience is definitely a must. I would highly recommend Surisan and their famous millionaire bacon is just formidable!

This is more like fusion Korean food. Not as expected. They are very clean and clean up table super often. Portion is very small, first time having fusion Korean food. I will not say it taste bad just not as expected.

I chose Surisan as a place to hold my Birthday dinner, and they did not disappoint! The food was excellent. Every dish looked beautiful, and was delicious. I was thoroughly full. The wait staff was perfect, they knew when to come by and be of service, and also gave us space to eat and chat. I really liked the ambiance of the restaurant, it had the right feel of being rustic and warm. A few standout dishes were the Belly Pot, Galbi, as well as the Crackling Guk. It is very hard to find a good Asian restaurant in this part of town, because it is mostly associated with out of town tourists, but that is what makes this place very unique. Would definitely come here again.
