Considering this is a fine dining restaurant, you would expect that they will use glass instead of plastic for cocktail drinks. Also, the mix is not quite good. The margarita doesn't have alcohol at all. The kitchen also served one of our orders very late.

Marginal - lots of “im sorry but…” no coffee “Im sorry but…”maybe better when the main resturant opens

the setting, food and service was all very good. One thing that would have made our experience much better if the background music would have been of a quality which would have matched our experience.

This was shockingly expensive and the food was pretty mediocre other than the pork belly. How can any restaurant seriously list a basic cocktail for $35? The other restaurant here was great but this was very disappointing $300 meal for 2 people with no Alcohol.

Sushi was very good and fresh. Ambiance is a bit to be desired as you are ocean front with some tables but others are sunken down next to a pool area. A large bridal party was seated next to us and their noise was very distracting and hard to talk with laughing and alcohol fueled loud talking. Wait staff did nothing to curtail it but we didn’t complain either. Menu is very limited and I would recommend holding out for Ulu to reopen this winter. Beautiful resort and nice for sunsets but not from this restaurant. Not the best stop for our anniversary dinner…

This restaurant is currently a “pop up” until at least late 2024 so double check whether the construction on the actual restaurant has been completed if you’d like the full experience. Seating is now right next to the ocean which is nice but I wish I got the real experience in the restaurant. Service was good, the food was not anything I couldn’t get from a nicer sushi restaurant in a big city. Ambiance at the four seasons was great. The highlight of the meal was the Robata with fried rice. I felt I had better fish for cheaper on other parts of the island. Overall I really enjoyed this experience and walking around the hotel for a bit after dinner and seeing the stars was phenomenal, but I didn’t feel like I got a great value for what we spent & got food wise. I also went to Beach Tree in the Four Seasons - if Ulu is still a pop up I’d recommend going to beach tree over Ulu. Frankly I felt like I got my fill of raw fish much more cheaply and with much more enjoyment getting poke around the island. The Robata was tasty and a good experience though.

Wonderful locally raised oysters. Fabulous sashimi with creative additions you won't find elsewhere. Relatively expensive but top notch food. Miso caramel chocolate torte is a 5 out of 5. Sharon, our server, was amazing.
