Having tried dozens of omakase spots in the city, Sushi Goda is a gem. The chef is so friendly and interactive, and the creativity in each piece is off the charts. Great vibes inside too. We will be back (a lot)!

Sushi Goda was great! The apps here are great and we got several of their maki and special maki rolls. The combo options are great value. Fish quality is good, and recommend getting the classic edomae style nigiri vs the modern. Service is friendly!

The meal was nice. I had asked for a corner table under the golden fish, when I made my reservation days ahead of time. This could easily have been accommodated by the restaurant, had they read my table request with my reservation. Read the notes in your reservations!

All I gotta say is the decor and atmosphere is sexy annd quiet, the staff is Top Tier! a true New York City Gem!the food reminded me of a time when I was in Japan it really took me back I will be coming back and bringing our family this time 💪🏻

Absolutely phenomenal experience. This was our first time dining at Sushi Goda, and we will certainly return. The place is magical, one of the of the most unique & chic environments on the Upper East Side. Feel as though you are transported to a destination restaurant, out of NYC. And most importantly, is the high quality sushi, fresh, artistically presented,& delectable. Service is warm, helpful and impeccable. Highly recommend!!
