Sweetbriar restaurant delivers New American cooking kissed by the flames of a wood-fired grill and a seasonally directed menu that has something for everyone. Love mushrooms? This is the place to partake, since they're sourced from all over the world. Case in point? A Seared maitake mushroom, dressed in a warm parmesan cream sauce with ricotta gnudi and Guanciale chips. Or, start things off light with a crudité of seasonal vegetables with a sweet basil mascarpone before tucking into a heartier house favorite of wood fired spinach dip composed of French gruyere and charred spinach served with wood fire grilled bread .

Really enjoyed dinner. The cocktail list was great and thankfully not overwhelming. The portions were huge actually. We ordered 2 apps and an entree for the 2 of us and we couldn't even finish everything. Everything was absolutely delicious though and I would absolutely come back. Great decor as well.

They accepted a reservation for 8 ppl at 830p but essentially were closed and we were the only people there…and even with that the service was slow and poor. For the price they charge it just didn’t match any expectation. Previous restaurant in this hotel was much much better. I would not go again.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here for the second year in a row. It was an excellent experience from the atmosphere to the service to the food. Very reasonably priced, good food, pleasant environment.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and u have never experienced the lack of service and attention that I experienced tonight. And when I went to talk with the manager, he couldn’t be bothered. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this place.

Overall experience was a 10/10 highly recommend. For appetizers we had the spinach dip and the oysters. For entrees we had the hanger steak with broccolini and a side of the cornbread that comes with honey butter. The drinks are phenomenal as well!

Great service, delightful appetizers, amazing drinks (our bartender was the star of the night) an overall wonderful experience @ sweetbriar.
