VIOLÍ was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff's travels throughout Greece, where they gained a deep appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Wow wow wow! This is the first time I am going to leave a review for any restaurant I have been to and I think this is Deserving of more than that! First off, The manager BETH is amazing. With the way the place was packed. She made time out to check on each table and made sure everything was up to par! I called before coming in to plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend and this was the only Place that made me feel so comfortable and I spoke to BETH on the phone and she assured me everything would work out and to my surprise. It was much more than I expected and brought my girlfriend to tears! If you ever find yourself here, I Recommend asking to be served by Alex! He was so kind, had a very detailed response to every question and knew the Whole menu to heart, I for once thought I was in Greece for a second. The Enclosed Terrace gave a new look to what Private dining should feel like, it was so intimate in there, the flowers overhead and the light bulb hanging over the table was beautiful. A Dj was playing and he was great too, I have never danced at a dinner table before, they gave out fireworks when the DJ made some transition and it was an highlight for us. So going on a Saturday to experience the in house DJ play is also recommended. Now go the drinks and food. I had the APHRODITE and the orange peel that was in the drink gave it the kick it needed. It was a little bit sweet just a little but the pistachio and Patron blended so well it could be my second favorite cocktail of all time, my girl had the MYKONIAN MEZZ which she says was a 7/10. Do not have the details on why she rated it that as she had so much fun and slept off on me! For Appetizers, we had the Grilled meatballs and when I tell you I never knew meat and Yogurt could ever taste that good. I was a little bit against it when I saw the menu but Alex reassured us it was one of the best and most ordered Item on the appetizer menu, and surprisingly it was great! The appetizer breads and spreads were tasty, but for the amount of spreads 4 to be exact, 3 pitas and 2 lavash crackers just wasn’t enough, so had to order 1 more order of pita and 1 of the crackers. While each one was $4s… this now meant the appetizer was $34. On average dishes are around $34, but range generally seemed to be around $28-$52. Drinks were $15+ for cocktails and around $12/ glass of wine. In terms of taste I will have to agree the deconstructed pastitsio was probably the best dish, but if you are into quantity the gyro dish seemed to be really large in portion and tasty. The beef souvlaki was… ok and the mousaka was fairly average as well. For dessert I would definitely try the bougatsa. It’s fun to see them break this bubble of crunchiness down and mix it with the ice cream. It’s a good sharing dessert as it is sweet with the honey and plentiful like little ice cream honey crackers. Best way the server described it to us was… it tasted like Frosted Flakes, haha and it did! An elevated version anyway. In terms of the service, it was very good and they were attentive. We did come at an odd hour which was 3pm, while theoretically happy hour time, if you sit at a normal table you aren’t allowed to have happy hour menu and the regular menu. Hmm… I thought that was a bit lame, but we had a party of 6 so it wasn’t like we were going to hang at the bar. This was our second time here. Was it as good as our first, I would say maybe. Mainly because first time we went there was only seating at the bar and the bartender was amazing at recommending their best dishes. Today since we had a larger group we decided to try a variety, while ok… I think sticking with the recommended items a good idea for the best experience. Also, would be nice if you could have the happy hour menu at the tables too. Thought that part was a bit ridiculous.

Always a fantastic dining experience here for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent, the ambiance is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Highly recommend. So happy they brought back the hummus with beets to the menu.

We had a party of 11 with 5 birthdays and they were so accommodating and helpful to get us through. Todd was a champ, and we look forward to go back again!

The food was amazing! Our server knew the menu very well and made some great recommendations. The vibe was great. The bartenders know their craft well. My side car was one of the best I ever had. I can’t wait to come back again
