                Service was very orchestrated and excellent. Food was outstanding. We enjoyed the risotto, branzino and steak-tiramisu was incredible!  We went early to go to the Remedy Bar before dinner. They were generous enough to accommodate us for a cocktail, but a reservation is preferred.

                Outstanding new favorite restaurant in Vail ! Our waiter Raoul was wonderful, while so welcoming + knowledgeable as we navigated the fantastic menu. Arrive with an appetite as you will want to try many things. Grazie Mille !

                Es un lugar de comida italiana contemporánea no ame la comida me pareció salado todo, tampoco es lo peor pero para los precios esperas mucho más, no vale la pena, comí mucho mejor en La Bottega en Vail Village.

                Had a great meal at Tavernetta Vail! Our server Denni was wonderful, she made great recommendations. Highlights were pastas (mafaldine and rigatoni) and the tiramisu. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Vail!

                Working out initial kinks since opening. Seated late and first round 25 mins later. Food quality up to the high standards of your other restaurants, service and timing will no doubt catch up soon. Disappointed no recognition of special event noted in reservation and confirmation day prior.

                Honestly and sadly disappointed- food came out after a very long wait, was lukewarm at best, servings were small (rigitoni esp- my son went home and ate another meal). I wanted to love it but they have lots of kinks to work out. Fingers crossed!

                Service was very good, and food was high quality. But then it took a long time for each course to come out. At least 30 mins before the first course came, and then another ep mins for the pasta and then 30 mins for mains.. Portions were small even though they were for sharing, but we didn't want to risk waiting if we ordered more.

                Eat here! Very excited to welcome this restaurant to the Vail Valley. Excellent service and timing. Waitress helped us navigate the menu with perfect advice on what to order. Service was impeccable. The decor is beautiful. The food was as good as Italy. Order truffle risotto, or really truffle anything. The polenta with butternut squash and kale was a huge hit. Wine paired perfectly and there is a HUGE wine list. The focaccia was delicious and it’s hard to get great bread at a high elevation.

                Superb! We had the focaccia, misto salad, ribeye, zucca, and potate. Everything was delicious. Our server was lovely. The bartender Matt is a gem.
