Located across from Director’s Park in the Paramount Hotel, this dual concept engages all the regions of the palate. Taylor Street Tavern polishes the ruggedly natural aspects of the Pacific Northwest into precisely crafted plates for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. Locally sourced ingredients also make an appearance in the house crafted cocktails and west coast wine selections.

Just across the lobby, Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar explores the history of the American whiskey tradition, complete with a reclaimed authentic still and extensive whiskey list. Early and late happy hours keep people sipping all night long.

This is a great restaurant with really good food and drinks. The only challenge is that it takes a long time to get any drinks you order. When they come, they’re fantastic, but it takes a long time to get them.

Our Thanksgiving dinner was great. The food was just what I hoped for. The service was exceptional. We will be back on a regular evening.

For a thanksgiving meal, the menu description seemed amazing but in reality awe full! A waste of $50/person

We came for Thanksgiving dinner (buffet) but the prime ribs ran out halfway through the meal. Grilled mushroom (a quarter of a piece) had to be ordered from the waiter, and it was cold. Service was great, and we truly appreciate the staff who worked on thanksgiving day. Food was not good. Do not recommend.

Took over a half hour for anyone coming to our table. I would not of minded but it was a buffet and I noticed that the servers were talking together for quite while. When we went up to the buffet the selections were not complete, we came to this restaurant mainly because of the Grilled portobello‘s, reservation was only 2 hours into their service. The floor runners were a death trap. The people that works here not only were they not attentive but they acted like they hated their job, which kinda killed the atmosphere. The cost was way more the its worth. Will not be recommending this place and will not be returning.

Dinner was excellent, generous portions and high quality ingredients. Ambience relaxed but fun, service excellent. Prices very reasonable, nice variety of menu options.

Taylor Street Tavern is a go to dinner spot when attending an event at the Schnitz. Leif was an excellent guide to selecting our dinner. We were very pleased that sharing a meal was not a problem and the staff were very gracious to split and serve us each our portion. Oh! Did I mention the Affrogato? Yum😋

Food was very good, service was a little slow even though we mentioned having show tickets. Interestingly, we got there at 6pm on a Saturday night and we had three things that we ordered and were told that they were out of those items (part of the one star reduction). I can understand being out of things at the end of the night or end of the weekend, but early on a Friday, with peak dining hours to come…you start your weekend out of non-speciality items?
