                                                                                  Server was clearly stressed due to being overwhelmed but he still did an admirable job. Not his fault. The server said he had been there since morning. The live music was great BUT we had a hard time hearing it since they never turned off the music coming through the speakers. That made for a fair to poor ambiance. It being Valentine’s Day, options were limited and the prices were high. We tipped our guy well for the doing the best he could under the circumstances

                                                                                  We had a good meal in the ball room . The entire staff is fabulous. The menu selections were nice. The only bad thing is that we couldn’t hear the Sinatra music that was playing in the bar area. You Should have had 2 singers or pipe the music into the ballroom area .

                                                                                  When I made my reservation I requested the Grotto. Instead we were seated in a sterile, boring, mini-banquet room that was definitely not the Grotto. Very disappointed.

                                                                                  We usually have a good time at this restaurant, but Valentine’s Day was a little bit insane! The menu was highly limited and the food was buffet quality at best. They also hiked the prices up quite a bit for Valentine’s Day. The service was excellent as usual, but the music was way too loud and the singer was just fair. If we had been sat in a different area, the experience would’ve been different, but I’ve eaten there several times and there was nothing interesting on that menu.
