                                                                    The experience was great! The food and service were outstanding! The desserts, oh my gosh, were incredible. Just go there and enjoy. After an amazing dinner or lunch, you can shop downstairs in the amazing Italian store.

                                                                    Odd experience. We ordered a 3 course meal. It took 1 hour to get the first course and begin the 2nd course. By then we lost our appetite so just put our food aside. Waited some more before waitress finally asked if everything was ok at that point we asked for our 2nd and 3rd course to be boxed up to take home even though 3rd course hadn't even been served. The check was dropped off by server and that was it. No thank you for coming over or asking us why we decided to leave. Manager was standing by our table the whole time. Not a greeting or anything. We left nearly 2 hours after we got there after just having our 1st course.

                                                                    We chose Terra for my husbands birthday dinner because we had been before and loved the experience. From the jump, the hostess seemed annoyed at us for our large party (I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance). We weren’t seated until 30 minutes after our original reservation time. It took another 10 minutes before we saw a waiter. After we ordered our drinks & appetizers, it took another 20 minutes before anyone brought us waters, after waiting for another 25 minutes (45 total since originally ordering) we decided we’d have faster service if we sent someone to order us drinks at the bar. At such a pricey dining experience, we never should have had to do that. Our waters were never refilled unless we made a fuss about it. You would think with a party of 10 they would have more than 1 waiter to check on the table, but no. It was like we were forgotten in the back corner by the restrooms. Splitting the tab was an actual nightmare, when we mentioned from the start we would all be separate. The food was good, but we definitely won’t be returning. The service was unacceptable. When you are paying for a $200 meal per couple, you should not have to go to the bar to get drinks or beg people to bring you more water. Very disappointing.

                                                                    Waiter completely rushed us through dinner - hovering and asking us to make a decision on drinks appetizers and dinner within 5 minutes of us being seated. Explained we needed a minute to read the menu as we had never dined there before and asked for his recommendations. He literally came back 2 minutes later asking for a decision. The restaurant was almost empty as it was early on a Saturday night so I’m not sure why he was trying to push us through dinner. But even with us trying to stall and draw things out we were still done with dinner in less than an hour. For such an expensive restaurant I find this unacceptable especially when I told him three times to give us a moment. Food and atmosphere were excellent but service ruined the experience

                                                                    It is so overpriced. It is an Italian restaurant that doesn’t even offer bread complimentary, you have to pay for it.
