                                                                    Our food, as usual was quite good. Unfortunately, we were seated in an area with a large group which meant our server was spending a lot of time with that table and not the other 2 tops. Our food arrived before my wife’s tea did. Because we were next to the large group, the noise level was at times high. There was plenty of room, it would have been easy to seat us elsewhere. We’ve been to Terra many times and this was, in our experience, an exception. We hope it remains that way.

                                                                    The restaurant was very disorganized and loud. The special menu was very limited and the food was not impressive. Very disappointed as we had an amazing experience last time we were there. Felt very much like a very expensive diner instead of the upscale experience and fine dining we expected.

                                                                    We had a reservation for 8:30 PM and we did not get seated until 9:10 PM. We got our food around 9:30PM. The food was amazing, just wished the timing was better.

                                                                    7:30 reservation but we were not seated until 8. Once seated, it took over 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. They were obviously very backed up and didn’t manage their tables well. The food was decent, portion sizes were good, but they really struggled to perform the basics of service.
