Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry and pork.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

    The food wasn’t good, ambiance poor, staff was nice but very pushy upselling wine and drinks. Salad bar was a Whole Foods at best.

    Can anyone say ‘Attentive’? Our servers, Lucas, Whitney and C.J., worked together so well. They made sure our plates were always fresh & clean, our beverages were always full and our experience was top-notch. Wine, cocktail and dessert selections were explained to a tee! One of the people I was dining with had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse and they explained the dining concept and helped them feel comfortably secure in their cuisine choices. The salad/side bar had so many selections…something for everyone; even non-meat-eaters. Worth every penny. We were a group of girlfriends that see each other just a few times a year and it was a perfect place to catch up. However, we saw couples (old and new), families and friends…everyone having a great time. Indy needed this restaurant for SURE!!!

    Service outstanding and portion sizes were big! Only issue was that the steaks really all tasted the same. Definitely could have used more seasoning. Staff were very attentive and quality was good.

    Everything was great, we arrived early for our reservation and they got us in. Food, service, and decor was great. I was worried with how busy Christmas can get at restaurants but they handled it perfectly.

    It didn’t start good I guess.. once we were sat down no one came to us to welcome and ask us for our drinks. We sat there for a good 5-7 mins and I had to flag one of the leads just to get someone’s attention. The meats were alright. One thing I like is that they had salmon and other seafood.. the beef ribs was really good. Some meats weren’t as tasty it was kind of bland for my taste. The cheese bread were hard, the side dishes were alright. They gave us a free dessert because we waited to be served. I appreciate it. You can still try it maybe you’ll have better experience than us.
