Born in the “Pampas”, (Southern region of Brazil) Terra Gaúchaʼs concept revolves around “Churrasco” a traditional grilling method using open flames and various cuts of meat. Today, we proudly keep the flame alive using authentic Gaúcho seasonings and natural wood charcoal to roast succulent beef, lamb, poultry, pork and seafood.

In addition to our grilled meats, guests enjoy a gourmet salad and sides bar featuring the freshest vegetables, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. During the dining experience each guest is transported (no passport required) to “Southern Brazil” where they are pampered from start to finish. The “Terra Gaúcha familia” would like to invite you for a unique experience that will make a lasting impression.

We had a great experience, wonderful dinner, and we were served with prompt attention in a very hospitable and friendly environment. Everyone tending to our table was cordial and with a nice upbeat mood. We had to leave because we couldn’t eat anymore! Great quality and flavor in every dish, nice wine selection and a great and plentiful salad bar. Definitively would recommend.

This is our second year in a row celebrating my daughter‘s birthday at Terra Gaucha! The food was fantastic as usual. We felt welcome and at home thanks to the very courteous staff and restaurant managers. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that everyone received what they wanted. Food was amazing, steaks were cooked to different preferences, and the buffet had an incredible assortment of high end offerings. We left pleasantly stuffed and very satisfied both with the food and overall experience.

We treated our son to dinner, as a Christmas gift, at Terra Gaucha during our visit to Tampa. I made the reservations before our visit after reading all the exceptional reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The manager stopped by several times to ask if we needed anything. The buffet was a meal in and of itself. The lobster bisque was incredible. The meat and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Terra Gaucha in S Tampa.
