My friends and I had lunch at Terra Rossa yesterday and it was fabulous! The food was delicious as were the wines. The menu was a little different from your standard Italian cuisine - we loved it. It was all beautifully prepared and presented. The service was excellent - efficient, warm and welcoming and the ambience was rustic, cosy and inviting and very festive given that it’s the week before Christmas. Overall, a wonderful find - we’ll be back soon!

The food was good. We ordered 2 different cocktails and got served exactly the same ones. When we asked about this, we were told that the cocktails were different but you could visibly see that they were the same and tasted the same. Table was booked from 6pm. At 6.45pm we were told by the waitress that the restaurant will need the table back at 7 as they have another booking. That was poor service as when I made the booking there was no indication that the booking was only for an hour and what restaurant makes a dinner reservation for an hour? Just ludicrous. I won't be going back. Shame, really, as the food was very good.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the food but regret other aspects didn’t meet expectations. To clarify, your booking was initially for two, but an additional guest arrived without notice during our busiest day of the year while your main courses were served. They initially occupied a reserved table, so our staff added a chair to your allocated one instead to accommodate. There seems to have been a misunderstanding as the table needed was the adjacent one, not yours. Regarding the cocktails, you ordered an espresso martini and a Frangelico martini, similar in appearance but distinct in taste and ingredients. The offer to replace those from our staff was declined. We value all feedback, as it helps us refine our service. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Really nice restaurant, food, service and atmosphere were spot on. I had a business lunch but would be great for food with friends or party.

I was pleasantly surprised surprised by this city restaurant. Buzzy but not too noisy, pizza very nice and service is good. If you are in the area, do go for a simple pasta and pizza meal.

Nice big table with lots of room around it. Not too noisy or hot, although we were in quite early. Excellent food - especially the meatballs , really chonky and herby. Pasta was great. Little bit expensive but for the quality and given the area of London this is to be expected. This is a brilliant little restaurant, give it a try.
