Most was well done. Chicken and bacon was dry. Sirloin and garlic chicken very good. Fried plantains excellent. Good if you eat a lot otherwise not worth it.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Typical buffet style, very fresh food. Service was a little chaotic, with the meat servers coming all at once. Not enough selection of chicken. One was bacon wrapped and very tough. The other was loaded with cheese and the top of a leg, which was dark meat and also tough. It was expensive unless you are a meat eater with a huge appetite. Overpriced for a light eater who doesn’t eat red meat since there wasn’t enough of a selection of chicken.

Tried the TdB brand wines and they were very good as well. I have 2 suggestions. First, we would have liked to have more filet. The Gouchos only brought filet around one time during our meal while all of the other meat options came around many times. Second, I have been to other Brazilian steak houses that offered a warm cinnamon glazed grilled pineapple. There was a pineapple option on the cold bar but it is so much better warm off the skewer. Our waiter was wonderful. He gave us just the right amount of attention without hovering. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely be back.
