Thanksgiving dinner was a huge disapointment. The servers were hardly coming around even though I waved them down. They spent most of the time serving the tables in the middle of the restaurant and spent a lot of time serving the larger tables so by the time they came around to us there was nothing else to serve to our table of 6. The meat was overcooked and waitress was no where to be found. We usually go to Fogo de Chao for Thanksgiving but they were booked. It’s not like the restaurant was completely packed for them To not give us attention. We won’t be going back there again.

Our server Brandy did a very nice job. Attentive and welcoming. The manager also stopped by to check on our meal. The meats were tasty and hot. And the medium rare lamb chops were perfect. Foods on the salad bar were fresh, cold and presented well.

We went to Texas for a birthday celebration. The salad bar is nicely, presented, and kept full and clean. We felt like this was a rushed service for the price paid. It’s not a fine dining experience. It’s more of a casual experience with the buffet and the service of the meat, they come at you fast . The sides are average. You get three sides that are all star entries, mashed potatoes and fried plantains, which were very soggy they need a fresh vegetable as a side. service was good and the meat was good. It is plentiful if you are a big meat eater

Our company and food delivery people were great have had better service as far as a server. But we still had a great time

The table is falling apart waited 40 minutes to get any meat paid over $900 to sit at a broken table and wait for any meat over 30 minutes .

Not the same experience as previously. Less attentiveness. Beef was greasy. Dropped grease on husband’s pants. Retired Army spouse took my husband for my usual veteran’s Day appreciation meal. Donated to Veterans Project but never told how certificates for future visits are given. Poor communication by staff.

I come here often. Decided to take my mom and my sister out. Food was amazing per usual except for the lobster bisque tonight, it had a sour taste to it which was really disappointing because that’s my favorite part. Other than that it was great. Our server Zae took really good care of us!
