Second time at this location. First time food was pretty good but service was terrible. I usually give places a second chance because it’s always possible that staff member was having an off day, but the second time, food was good (when it actually made it to our table) (also when served at the temperature we asked for), but again service was even worse than the first time. Server was polite, however, took forever to get water, drinks came after we were already eating, we asked for a specific meat 8 times (yes I counted) and ended up filling up on everything that finally after the 8th time I asked if we could please just have our check. We were left without sides for majority of our meal, but the taste of the food is always pretty good. Just very unfortunate that for as much as you spend, you get very little meat and not even delivered the meat u asked for. Then to top it off after we’re full off the other meat, as we’re packing up to go the guy rushes over with the meat we asked for (which was burnt and didn’t even appear appetizing asking if we wanted it) I really enjoy the taste of the meat, but the service, it’s terrible. I would recommend hiring more staff.

Service and food was great. The only complaint I have is that the floors were uncomfortably slippery. They weren’t wet not sure why it was like that through the whole restaurant.

First time experiencing this establishment and we were not disappointed. Valentine Day with bride of 39 years was outstanding. Food was delicious, service was impeccable. Will return soon.

We usually dine at the Schaumburg location so we expected the food at this location to be just as good at lunch as dinner, however it was disappointing. They had no Lobster Bisque, no filet’s, the potatoes and fries were cold. Our server was nice but was not attentive, did not replace plates as needed, no refills offered and no after dinner drinks shown as the other wait staff provided their customers. He did show us desserts after my husband asked him for the menu. We finally asked him for more meat to be brought to the table and ice tea. When our bill came it was wrong so we called it to his attention, he did fix it but it took longer. it was not busy at that time. He must have been new because he was very slow and not sure what to do.

Went for lunch , smaller menu. The food tasted okay but everything was cool, not even room temperature. I was a bit disappointed on the dressings for salad but the selection of everything else on salad bar was good. Went to restaurant downtown in the past, and the food seemed to have been better but that was sometime ago. Overall it was a nice outing.

We went on Valentine's Day for lunch and it wasn't busy. The meats were excellent and my boyfriend was in heaven. The tri-tip and sausages were the high points for me. The parmesan chicken and parmesan pork were rather bland and dry. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the beef ribs, but the manager told me that certain meats aren't served during lunch to keep the price down, which is fair. The fried bananas and cheese bread were good, but nothing special. I LOVED the potatoes gratin and sauteed mushrooms. The boyfriend loved the mashed potatoes. If you're not a meat eater, you'll be very happy with the salad bar as there was lots of variety and plenty of heartier & higher-end items: potato salad, fresh mozzarella, two kinds of olives, goat cheese, smoked salmon, it goes on and on. I'm obsessed with the very generously-sized papaya mousse dessert, and haven't stopped thinking about it since. The service was really wonderful. The waiter, the gauchos, and manager were all kind and attentive. The waiter kept an eye out and proactively checked in, refilling our drinks and such. The gauchos seem to have a sixth sense for what you need more of. Definitely going back.

It was my first time there and our waitress was excellent. It was here first day working we were her first customers! Her name was Mia. Really enjoyed our lunch.
