We have been going to Texas de Brazil for Christmas dinner the last 4 or 5 years. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we were immediately seated. Our server got our drinks out right away. The salad bar was on point as usual. We were off to a great start. It took nearly an hour before we got our first piece of protein and over an hour to get one cooked to our preferred temperature despite being asked by multiple staff what we would like. Multiple times the meat ran out at the table just before ours. There were several parties sat after us that finished well before us. Once we finally got some meat, the rest of the meal was fine. It was Christmas, the restaurant was busy, and we gave lots of grace. We will still visit Texas de Brazil in the future, but we may rethink spending our Christmas night there.

I wanted to do something special for my husband and son for Christmas so I made reservations at Texas de Brazil for the 3 of us. My husband and I have been to the one in OKC but not Tulsa and had a wonderful experience and I was excited for my sons first visit since he loves meat! I can tell you that all three of us were very disappointed in the food quality. We tried all the meats and you can just tell that the quality isn't there anymore - most were fatty, some were just dry so the whole meat experience was terrible. Salad bar - Lobster Bisque was cold and there was no lobster in it and the green beans were ice cold. Seriously I would have rather taken the $211.00 our dinner cost us and spend it at the Ranch where you definitely get the value and quality of what you pay.

Only thing bad was our table behind column and had door breeze coming in and cold. Food was great lots of choices. Dessert was fabulous especially the coconut pie mmmm. Waitress was so efficient with everything. Always glasses were filled before being empty.

I’ve eaten here many times and never had an issue but this time it was awful. We were seated at a table in the corner where the meat was either always gone when it reached us, or the people walking around with the meat passed us by. We waited almost 20 minutes at one point without anyone stopping to offer us any meat. Then I asked for a manager and a waiter came over who clearly wasn’t the manager. No one offered us dessert. They charged us too much for my 10 year old daughter. My drink and our bread basket stayed empty. I’m not sure we’ll be back any time soon after this awful experience on Christmas Day

Would have throughly enjoyed the whole experience except that our meat tasted as though it had been cooked in motor oil — that was truly the flavor. It tasted like motor oil smells. Couldn’t finish it.

The experience did not disappoint as it was dinner menu all day long. Jordann was excellent, professional, friendly, and extremely hospitable. I ended up taking the massive carrot cake home on this visit as there was no more room left for dessert.

Check in and waiting to be seated was a bit awkward. The host and management team seemed stressed and disorganized. Even with a reservation we still waited 15 minutes to be seated. But once we were seated everything was lovely. The food was top notch and our server was friendly and efficient.

Unfortunately we were seated in the front of the restaurant which was brutally cold every time the door opened. We were celebrating a 4 year olds birthday and the arrival of my 94 year old mother-in-law for the holidays. We made reservations several weeks prior. We could live with the chilly blasts, however our waiter was given a very demanding table of 12 verses our seven, (they were set up at the head of our table, which resulted in our table virtually being ignored) even after the three sweetest requests for the meat servers to please stop by our table. We had reservations for 6:30 but got seated much later, we finally were presented with the dessert ( after chasing down our server) and left at 9pm. Not the way I wished to begin our holiday fun. Prior this visit - it had been wonderful, just a victim of circumstance I suppose.
