    It was our first time eating at 239, on Thanksgiving evening. The woman seating us was very unfriendly, barely looked at us, and didn’t wish us “Happy Thanksgiving”. It took a while for our server to show up to our table, and it took a long time to get our drinks. It took a long time to get our appetizers and entrees. When they were brought out, they all came out at the same time. We had to ask our server, Alex, to take the entrees back and keep them warm while we ate our appetizers. Alex would disappear for long periods of time. From our table, we could see Alex hanging out at the bar talking with other servers. Other tables around us also had Alex as a server, and we began asking each other if we had seen him. Not once did he ask us how our food was. We were charged $28.00 for two small slices of pecan pie. They were burned on the edges, and tough from being warmed in a microwave too long. We felt sorry we chose 239, and wished we had gone somewhere else. We were made to feel like a bother to those working there, and no one wished us a “Happy Thanksgiving”. We do not recommend 239, and would like some of our money back!

    Had a very uneven experience here. Made a reservation for outdoor covered seating and upon arrival were told that they only saw an indoor reservation and others had an outdoor reservation, which could not be changed. Hostess was very rude about it. Then the waiter accidentally served my nephews (who are little) alcoholic lemonade instead of regular lemonade. Though they apologized and noticed the error they still charged for the lemonades! One of the fish dishes was so salty it was inedible. Overall, unpredictable service and food and I would not recommend, though I love the concept of farm-to-table food.

    Turkey was very dry. Green beans were inedible as they were not even close to being al dente. They were so hard that we could hardly cut them with a knife. Potatoes and gravy were good. Stuffing was also extremely dry. A one-timer for us. Seated outside on a beautiful day was very nice. Server was very nice and good. Just not very good food.

    It’s a lovely restaurant. The server was excellent. Every time she had to take the over cooked steak back she was very understanding. Medium rare steak medallions showed no pink. Returned them and received one correctly cooked medallion and one of the original overcooked. Sent it back and finally received a properly cooked medallion. Seasoning was underwhelming. My Red Snapper was very good. Asparagus was rather large in size making it ok. They were out of Corn Bread appetizer. Just a disappointing evening; even being comped 1/2 on the steak fail. Would have rather enjoyed the meal.

    We have eaten there many times and always enjoy it. However, our food took an unusually long time. I was also really disappointed to see the spring tacos were off the regular menu. It’s the perfect size when you don’t want a huge dinner.

    service and ambience were great but food was truly uneatable. I ordered soft tacos that were cold and shall was broken in half in all of them !!!! my husband burger was just an inch better then fast food

    It was our first time dining at “The 239 Naples”. The restaurant was busy, as to be expected on a Friday night. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server Bryn was polite, friendly and went above and beyond. She greeted us with a smile and was helpful with recommendations. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

    Fish was overcooked. Smashed potatoes were cold and scooped out like a tv dinner. Salad bowl had lettuce with scant toppings placed on top. Burger was unimpressive. Don’t need to go back.

    The menu is big, best to plan ahead! Appetizers were excellent and the mains were good and sized generously. We’ll go again.
