At the Ace in Toronto, you can enjoy a variety of menu items that are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian.     Loved The Ace overall - great food! highly recommend the seasonal squash they have and they were able to add fries to it as a side for a complete meal for my vegetarian self. While they lean "carnivore" for mains, their apps are sizeable, and absolutely delicious and filling. I like to eat well, and the (clarified?) butter(?)-fried sage atop the squash was just *chef's kiss*. The Ace has excellent money for value as well - All their food is great; you can't go wrong. Great alcohol options too - the bar does not skimp on the gin! One *teensy* suggestion: if it's important to you, request seating by the window for the best ambience - similarly, if it matters to you, there are two booths at the back that are kind of next to the bathrooms (which is really not my preference), so just make sure to request a spot away from the bathrooms or come early. The servers were super helpful and moved us to a sizeable bar and I had a great time. (Others were presumably able to take the booth as they didn't mind the bathrooms so it worked out well for everyone!) oh and - their cheesecake at the end was to die for. I was in fluffy cheesecake heaven!

    Everyone was lovely and the food was sooooo so so good! The French toast was the incredible!!

    Food was excellent! Lovely place and the service is just 10000000%%%!! Love this place. Happy that you we could find free parking

    I ordered the hummus bowl and it incredibly salty- so much so that I had to return it. The food took more than 40 minutes to arrive and so it was pretty cold.

    Delicious duck confit with two poached eggs on toast with salad. So good! I would definitely recommend this place. Reservations are a good idea especially on the weekends.

    I sat at the bar alone for brunch on Sunday and had an absolutely incredible experience. The duck confit and oyster mushrooms added to the Huevos Rancheros were nothing short of amazing—such a perfect combination of flavors! I also ordered a side salad, which was refreshing and light. The server was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. This was such a standout experience—I’ll definitely be back!
