The menu varied from what was posted online, but the choices were similar. The Goat Cheese tart appetizer was outstanding. We had the short ribs and the chef's special (whitefish). Both were excellent, as was the dessert (the Napoleon) we shared. Portions were just right. Service was excellent. I wish I could remember our server's name and compliment her directly. we will definitely return.

Overall this is the best French restaurant we've been to in the North Shore. The varied menu includes lots of French classics with a modern interpretation that retains the essence of the classic preparations. Our service was just right -- welcoming, friendly and efficient. They have a nice selection of wines by bottle or glass, both domestic and imported, and moderately priced. For the quality of food and drink we received, the prices are appropriate. Note that there is no valet parking, but the Metra lot is directly across from the entrance and costs $2-$4 depending on the time. We are definitely going back!

Food and service was excellent had the lamb and scallops. Banana bread pudding was to die for. Will definitely go back.

Food was excellent and our server was attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. Kitchen and bar was a little slow but it was a busy Saturday night

As usual, excellent food! Got noisy as more folks came but still lower than most. Love the handicapped parking at 909 Davis.
