Dear Valued Customers ,

The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue.

Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment.

As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations.

The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.

We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au

                    Pork loin was dry and overcooked. But the small appetizers in between meals made up for the dryness.

                    We couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. The service was terrific. Our wait staff was very pleasant, interacted with us, explained how the night worked and each menu item. He was very attentive without being over the top. The food was plentiful and delicious and were even offered a container to take ours surplus home. A very enjoyable evening.

                    Very interesting buffet food presentation. Enjoyed the atmosphere - very pristine. Would have liked to have seen descriptions of the food. Staff could not always be available to describe the dishes as they were also serving/carving the food. The desserts and coffee - amazing! Pity there was no alcohol to accompany our meal. All in all - very well done. Look forward to the next one. Thank you

                    The food quality was disappointing, and the ambience was lacking. The overall standard has clearly declined compared to previous years. We won’t be returning.

                    We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

                    It was a lovely evening with students providing a most enjoyable experience, attention to detail and prompt in attending to our every need. Good was delicious and beautifully presented and was more than enough in quantity. Pleasant ambiance indeed.
