The Bamboo Club is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood restaurant & Tiki bar located in Long Beach, CA. The Bamboo Club serves a mix of both modern and classic century-old Tiki cocktails, alongside the weekend brunch, daily lunch and dinner, and late night menus featuring Polynesian-inspired and Asian-style dishes. With an interior designed by award-winning Bamboo Ben Bassham, The Bamboo Club reflects the laid-back sensibilities of tropical Tiki culture while welcoming one and all with extensive booth and bar seating, outdoor tented seating, and a private patio to escape from the everyday. While the concept maintains the Tiki culture at heart, it turns into a lively watering hole for Long Beach music fans after dinner hours, when local live musical performers and vinyl DJs take the stage and the crowd jams out to everything the local music scene has to offer. Our server was Zoey. Super sweet, knowledgeable and d efficient! The peppers are delicious and so was the vegan burger and I’m not even vegan!

Took a group of co workers and I was very disappointed with the service. I also did not receive my points for my purchase. I emailed the owner and have not heard back. This used to be my favorite place in LB.

We love the atmosphere and cocktails. The food is very tasty. Our server started out great but then disappeared and it took us 40 minutes for anyone to check on us. We still love the place and will be back.

You must make the reservation with plenty of time in advanced but it is so worth it! Every drink we had was perfectly made, everyone was ordering food and it looked so good so we ordered food as well and it was great! Just a wonderful experience all around and we will definitely be coming again and again.

This was my fourth time coming to the Tinsel Club at Bamboo Club this year. It has been a weekly date night for hubby and I this holiday season. Last night was one of the best nights we have had. We sat on the outdoor patio area and were far enough away from the noise but still able to enjoy everything. The drinks were on point and our server was AMAZING. It is so nice when they are able to remember you from week to week. I am sad to see the Tinsel Club leave this year as I have found probably my favorite drink there (ever) in the Yukon Cornelius. It is like a little fruity peppermint candy cane. We will definitely be back in the new year for more local tiki bar date nights.

Bamboo club is usually a good time and I’ve recommended it to a bunch of people but this day was a bad experience. Despite having a reservation, getting seated took 30 minutes. It was a bad start but before being seated, they explained understaffing and reservation glitch which my party understood but this does not explain other patrons seated after us getting their drinks before us. A total of 1 hour waiting for the first round of drinks. We asked to cancel the drinks but all of a sudden they were “putting the finishing touches” which took another 10 min and they didn’t even have cute garnish ducks. And all topped off by a mandatory 20% tip.

We went to The Bamboo Club for Christmas dinner, and it did not disappoint! Vibrant decorations, good food and festive cocktails is a winning combination.
