                                    The Bedford is truly an experience. From the friendly and caring service to the out of this world food, it will not disappoint anyone. The atmosphere is quiet but not stiff! Soft music, and has the real feel of being in martha’s home. Real linen table clothes and amazing cocktails. Appetizers are great, especially the stuffed squash blossoms with ricotta. My all time two favorites is the pork chop and the chicken!! The chicken melts in your mouth with a savory gravy that’s out of this world!! The pork chop is to die for! Everything about this place is perfect!!

                                    This was a very disappointing meal. The shrimp cocktail was nice, the peirogies were really good. The hollandaise sauce was tasteless, the rib ragu was mediocre, the pork chop was good but super dense and difficult to cut. Overall, we felt like it was super expensive for the meal that we were served. The service was great and our table perfect. My son is in the restaurant business and he loved being seated to be able to watch the kitchen staff while we were eating. I have friend who works the as a chef and she will be given this information also.

                                    Christmas Dinner The Bedford by Martha Stewart. We all had the 4-course Christmas menu: -Roasted honeynut squash salad -Big Martha’s pierogi -Roasted turkey with all the sides -Eggnog cheesecake The pierogi and mashed potatoes were the highlights for me (probably because of all the butter involved). Both were AMAZING!! I was quite disappointed by the cheescake. It didn’t taste like eggnog and had a bitter/sour taste, although the cookie crust was fantastic! Overall, a VERY good meal!

                                    We are locals and we visit the Paris Hotel quite often. Whenever we visit we always eat at The Bedford. We ate at The Bedford on Christmas Day and as always the food and the service was excellent. When family and friends come to visit we always take them to dinner at The Bedford.

                                    We went for Christmas dinner. We ordered from both the regular menu and the holiday pre fixe. I liked the decor and ambience. The wait staff was attentive and professional. Food was good, not great, but very good. Straight forward recipes and ingredients, not the French emphasis we were expecting. We are Las Vegas locals. I want to go back again, but this time order appetizers times 2 or 3. This time chicken was pretty good, holiday turkey what you’d expect. I give Bedford 4 stars.
