Afternoon tea will be available Thursday to Sunday, from 2pm until 5pm.

Our brasserie afternoon tea is perfect for any occasion, enjoyed in a relaxed, informal setting, overlooking one of our famous cork oak trees, this really is a modern take on the traditional, refined afternoon tea experience.

You will be greeted at the restaurant and taken to your table, where delicious sandwiches, freshly baked scones and beautifully presented cakes and pastries will be served.

Tea and coffee will be served and replenished as required.

Prosecco is optional at an additional cost, however, to waken your taste buds we will serve a complimentary non-alcoholic mocktail on arrival.

*Please note due to covid-19 restrictions we are not currently serving afternoon tea in our lounges. All afternoon teas will be served in the brasserie.

Food was delicious. The rhubarb cooler was a lovely starter and very welcome in the extreme heat of the day. Plenty of food including two scones each! Lashings of tea which was also lovely. Overall very happy. One small tiny thing, this was for a birthday celebration and a lovely decorated plate was presented, but this would have been nice to have come out towards the end to finish off the event rather than squeezing in with the food stands. Just a minute thing and just mentioning to enhance an event but thank you so much for doing this.

We came here for afternoon tea and it was just wonderful, I was allowed to decorate the table as it was a small hen get together. The service was brilliant the staff were very attentive. It’s a beautiful setting with comfortable seats and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend to friends and family.

On Arrival to main reception the stairs were extremely dirty hadn’t seen a hover in days the main reception was the same the standards have drastically reduced a very unimpressive sight. Thought we were in a derelict building. The walk along to the brasserie was not much better boy standards have dropped. Our table was presentable but under was grubby, the view from window showed an outdoor area with seating again in an unkept state. Over all impressions very let down really gone down hill could not recommend needs management to get a grip. Very disappointed cannot return or recommend.

Welcomed so nicely. Sat down on a very comfortable table which was already laid out. It was my mums birthday and they made her a plate with chocolate saying happy birthday which was a nice touch. Sandwich’s were amazing as were the cakes. My brother and I have a nut allergy and they effortlessly catered for us with no fuss which was amazing! Only complaint was it was a bit slow. Sat down at 14:00 and didn’t get any food until 14:45 but other than that was such a lovely time

Very nice setting, staff very attentive. Afternoon tea was lovely, could have done with a bit more filling, but overall nice choice of sandwiches and cakes 🎂

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea, everything was very fresh and well presented. Staff were attentive and helpfull. However we could not find the disabled toilet on the way out despite following the signs.

Excellent service from a dedicated staff, very welcoming & friendly. The tea was a gift for our wedding adversary, staff surprised us with a decorated plate wishing us happy anniversary, wow.
