The Bryant is a new urban-style restaurant, located next to the Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington. This beautiful 10,000 sq ft restaurant has a spectacular bar and an impressive open kitchen. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting with white tile walls, antique mirrors, beautiful woodwork, and comfortable seating. The Bryant also offers three private dining room options for parties and events; great for a meeting or a special celebration.

    Considering it was NYE, they were shockingly overstaffed, had great food and pretty well organized (limited wait). Had a great night at The Bryant. Happy New year!

    The food was great and I have to say the service from bus boys to waiters were on top of everything ! They all work together like a well oiled machine ! Something you do not see very often !

    Steak was over cooked. Gave us a cup of wipcream with a candle in it for a birthday treat. The cream was curdled and old. Didn’t even ask for it. If you are willing to do something like that atleast put a scoop of ice cream in it. Especially if your spending alot of money.

    We are avid diners at the poll bros restaurant and have always had a GREAT experience. Not sure what happened last night but the food was sub par and not the usual poll bros quality.

    We dine at the Bryant often. Its very consistent and dependable. Great cocktails, energetic crowd and really good food. however the service is sometimes iffy.

    Excellent Christmas Eve at The Bryant. From our drinks and appetizers to our entrees and sides, everything was very good. Service was excellent. The restaurant was a few degrees too warm but the pace, service and atmosphere made for a festive evening. Given how chilly it was outside, I'm sure the warmth was welcome to most. I'd recommend coming here for a future Christmas Eve dinner.
