We wanted 20 minutes past our reservation time and when we went in there were lots of empty tables? The food was tasty and good quality but expensive for what you get The cake was good but I don’t care for the icing. It is meringue based and I like a buttercream icing. Also the price for the slice of cake was ridiculous! Our waiter,Stephen, was excellent though

We had lunch at Cake Bake today and had the Choose Two from the menu. I had the ham and brie sandwich with the chicken velvet soup. My wife had the chicken salad on a croissant with tomato soup. Both selections were delicious, they were well prepared and the right amount and a fair price for lunch. The service was outstanding. all the cast members were friendly and highly professional. An important intangible is the restaurant's ambience. The room is a vision in white and the holiday decorations and music truly enhanced our experience. Cake Bake is a great addition to the Boardwalk and is worth a visit.

Second time here for breakfast. Not impressed this time. Coffee, potatoes and croissant were barely warm. Rather disappointed today. Server did get a hotter coffee, and the runner brought me a heated croissant, which I requested when we ordered.

Best ambiance in all Disney property. Service is above current Disney standards. Disney should replicate service across the board. Lunch was good not great. Still the ambiance is inviting us to try out the dinner menu.

Arrived half an hour early for our reservation, wasn’t seated until 15 minutes after our reservation time. Took almost half an hour for our cocktails to arrive. Food was excellent though.

They stopped serving breakfast at 1030 am, not warning when booking; the chai latte and cappuccino were good, they come in a small cup of tea though, not in a coffee latte mug. The quiche was definitely tasty, however the turkey and Gruyère sandwich was rather plain. I was expecting a gourmet and healthy portion, you get a large portion and not closer to the magical Disney ambience. Yes, it is Disney property and you pay for the place and experience, I feel like next time I will let the tourists pay the extra charge…

This is the third time I’ve been to this restaurant. The first two times were great. The staff was very attentive. The food was amazing. This time seemed like a completely different restaurant. The hostess was inside when we arrived. She only came outside when people arrived. We had to wait for a table even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Our server didn’t remove the wine glasses from our table, which is minor. But he also didn’t one time ask if we wanted anything else to drink once we finished our coffee. And he didn’t refill our water one time. He spilled syrup on the floor and just walked away from it. Service was overall very slow for a half filled restaurant. The brioche bites were burned. And they forgot the bacon on one of the sandwiches. I’m really hoping it was an off day. The last two times I could justify the price. This time was way off the mark for food and experience to justify the amount of money we spent.
