    We had prime rib, medium & medium-well..was abit tough ,fatty in spots,but thick cut,and good price . For dessert Caramel Chocolate Poutine -Was fantastic,more than enough for 2 to share

    I went there following the Remembrance Day Service and Thanks to Canadian Brewhouse for providing a free meal to Veterans and Serving Members of the Military. There were a lot of people there and I think not being able to serve alcohol until 1 PM that day really affected the service in a negative way. We got there around 12:45 so with the surge of alcohol orders for 1 PM, the servers got behind trying to deliver all these orders and never seemed to catch up. We have not experienced this prior and will return again.

    Always fun going to the Canadian brewhouse. Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere all the way up to management. Small groups, family party’s or corporate gathering they can handled it all, even seniors like me. Thank you see you soon. Alfredo Winnipeg

    We knew it would be loud, as it was jets game night. We often go to different restaurants when there's a game and a like the buzz. But it was extremely loud. I couldn't even hear the server and they couldn't hear me. Forget about having any conversation. It just wasn't possible. We didn't even eat half our meal and wanted to get out of there, so we packed it up and ate at home.

    I wish I could post a review of the CBH and it be all positive. Unfortunately the quality of the food had gone downhill over the past few years that we barely go there any more. Tonight was no exception. We even asked ourselves why we bother. The only reason we went, was because it was my birthday month and we got nachos for free. Apparently whoever was making nachos couldn't follow simple instructions. All we asked was for Black Olives to only be put on 1/2 of the plate. She hates Black Olives, but I love them. Something so simple. Too bad that simple instruction couldn't be followed. We weren't the only ones having issues. The table beside us sent their nachos back twice. Service was 'OK'. Once the table beside us sent their nachos back the second time, the server stopped coming around. Hense when our nachos were served, we couldn't find her to let her know about how the kitchen screwed up on ours. All the meat was put on the side that had more Olives, so what she was able to get without olives, had little to no toppings. I doubt we'll return to CBH. It's really not worth it. We can get better food and value elsewhere.

    I had a beef dip with side salad. Both were delicious. White House wine was great too. The service was fine. I had to wave for attention but gracious server.

    Our food was good. We had the taco salad and steak bite sandwich. My first drink was a crown float. I told the server if the bartender didn’t know how to make it, I’d order something else. He didn’t know how to make it. Tried but miserable failure. The server Mila, was useless. We had to go ask for cutlery and napkins after our food was served. Had to flag her down to get another drink, and even after asking the bartender to send her over (as a side was missed) she didn’t show up. I would avoid her tables if possible. She also overcharged for the side of guacamole and I had to get her to correct the bill twice.
