The Cape Restaurant & Beach Bar is a coastal neighborhood restaurant that offers New American Coastal cuisine.
Situated in the heart of Avalon, the restaurant derives decor inspiration from various beach locations around the world, where diners often comment on feeling as though they have escaped to places like Los Angeles, Miami and Cape Town upon entry. Popular dishes like the Tuna Tataki, Red Butter Curry Halibut and Ostrich Bolognese showcase Yebo's unique and boldly flavorful twist on global dishes.

Open Mondays through Sundays, guests can dine outside on the rooftop patio with views spanning down the entire Avalon boulevard or inside the main dining room surrounded by surf boards, textured pillows and hanging greenery; all designed to transport guests to a chic beach bungalow.

                                                                                  My group was seated in the heated igloo. It was 40 degrees outside, the zipper to the door was broken, and the heaters were the size of the palm of my hand. We asked to move inside where we were sat directly in front of the bathroom doors. The food was good however I don't recommend ordering anything to go. Someone at my table ordered a togo non-alcoholic drink and it came in a cup the size of a mouthwash cup. I ordered the Sosaties togo and was given four spoonfuls of rice and three bize size pieces of steak. The sushi rolls and drinks were good.

                                                                                  Very nice restaurant overall. The food, drinks, and service were great. The restroom situation leaves a lot to be desired. You can see directly into the restroom from the dining area. The curtains are not doing the job of hiding the sight. If I dined here again, I would request to be seated near the front of the restaurant so as not to have a sighting of the inside of the restrooms.

                                                                                  We were hoping for more holiday specials etc…it was a Holiday pop up bar and not as good as others in regards to that. Food is very good and restaurant is cute! Service was good but we did have to wait about 7 minutes for all food to be served

                                                                                  Tonight was an unforgettable dining experience at Cape. Every bite was a delight, from the delicious frozen espresso martinis to the savory crab dip and ahi tuna tartare, followed by steak frites and shrimp tacos. The enchanting Christmas ambiance and exceptional service made the evening truly special. I can't wait for our next visit!
