   My first time eating at Capital Grille. My dish--the the sliced filet mignon (with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms and Fig Essence)--was excellent. The fig essence was, as stated, a light and wonderful flavor. Come to think of it, I'd have liked more of that. My guests ordered the Porcini-Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye* with 15-Year Aged Balsamic. One of my guests thought the carbonized exterior rub was a little strong. However, I tasted it and found it wonderful. I would order it myself in a future visit. The accompanying vegetables for the table were very good. And, I confess, I ate it. The flourless chocolate expresso cake was delicious. The wait staff was among the best I have seen. Always present at the right time. Sharp regarding the menu and all matters. Sensitive to the needs of my elderly companions.

   Capital Grille Southlake can teach a master class in service and great food. From hostess to manager and everyone in between, they make sure you are taken care of and seen. Our waitress Ashley was spectacular and made sure we had everything we needed. The mushrooms accompanying the steak ftom the chef's selection is the best I've ever eaten.

   My wife and I were celebrating our 27th year together and 24th wedding anniversary! We typically dine at Truluck’s, also in Southlake, for special occasions, however we decided to change it up a bit. And boy were we happy we made that decision! David (not Dwayne 😀) made the dining experience a night to remember. We were first greeted pleasantly at the door by the hostess with a warm Happy Anniversary greeting. We then were exhorted to our table that was set up quite nicely for the occasion. Then our waitresses (yes I said waitresses) always checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. We were also greeted by the manager, David quite often. He was certainly a character with a great sense of humor and kept us smiling. David even gave us a couple of really nice gifts to take home. Our second waitress also offered us a delicious dessert sampler that consisted of chocolate cake and cheese cake! All in all it was an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

   Adrienne and all of the waitstaff were extremely attentive and accommodating. David, the general manager, came by our table several times and greeted us which was very kind.

   We arrived early for our reservation so enjoyed a drink in the bar. The bartender Addie was very attentive and friendly to us while we waited for our table. Once our table was ready we were sat and Mark our waiter was on the spot with everything. The food as always was delicious and prepared perfectly. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant was exactly what we needed in o wind down our evening after a long stressful day.

   My family’s favorite restaurant. The service of Ashley B, Shay, and Julie are always the best. We appreciate the quality food. very flavorful and delicious. Love all the managers. Cant wait to go back.

   Excellent food. Great service. A wonderful Mother’s Day brunch. They even warmed up and brought out some gluten free bread. Flourless chocolate cake was a big hit.
