   I like the my experience quite a bit. Our service from Noel was some of the best ever, and I felt we were a little difficult sending something back twice. However, he made everything right. Mistakes happen and most of the time, it's no one's fault. This place took care of a mistake perfectly, and made us feel great. My wife was wished Happy Birthday probably 5 or 6 times. Nice touch. There was a little clunkiness in the overall night like bringing hot plates out with bare hands and needing to put them down a little urgently. My wife had the sliced filet, and although it is pre-sliced, it still came out under done. My chicken was very good, but by the time my wife's final meal came out, I was mostly done. So a few little things that make me give it 4 stars rather than 5 stars. This was our 1st time here, and we will definitely be back. However, I will say, that if our service from Noel and the managers were not as perfect as it was, we would maybe just stick with our other Southlake/Grapevine high-end options. I think this is probably a 5 star place most nights. I would maybe give them 4.5 stars if that was an option.

   I made a reservation at 11:30 for 4 as we were taking out a coworker for a retirement celebration. We were at the door promptly at 11:30 and waited for someone to open the door. One of the hostesses unlock the door and then walked away from us without opening the door for us. I thought that was a little strange. The guest of honor had salmon which looked delicious. My coworker had the tenderloin sliders, which again looked very good. My Cobb salad with sliced tenderloin was terrible. The tenderloin was cooked perfectly. The salad looked like it had been sitting for several hours and was brown and mushy. It was very unappealing in flavor and appearance. I wasn’t going to make a big deal since I had a guest, but this is not what I expected from your restaurant

   World class excellence. The service from Julie C was amazing and the food was perfection. Thank you to the Capital Grill team for making the experience so special for me and my family..

   Capital Grill has been my go to steak house for years. They recently opened one nearer to our house (yea!) and we dined there for our wedding anniversary. Our server Jessica made it so special, it just reinforced that we love Capital Grill. My bone in filet? Cooked to perfection and the lobster bisque was simply amazing. Capital Grill is and will continue to be our celebration spot. Can’t miss picking this wonderful steak house!

   We dined at this restaurant for Easter (April 20, 2025) lunch and ordered from the brunch menu. There was nothing special about the menu for the holiday. While the quality of the entrees are very good (the price was fair for steaks) and blueberry pound cake (in the bread offering for the table) was amazing, ordered large bottle of Pellegrino water was nice for the table but I was a bit surprised to be charged $8.50 for something at Costco costing less-than $1. But remembering where I was dining, I did not ague. Breakdown - food was very good and priced well, service was lacking and staff mostly inattentive, ambience and noise level was good as we were seated in a more private dining area with 3 other tables (Dragon’s Den) but noticed long periods-of-time where restaurant was more unoccupied than what I would have expected. We will be back.

    Grayson did a great job as did the chefs. My steak was cooked perfect and delicious. My wife’s as well. My lobster tail was also good and the cocktails were on point. Highly recommend this location.
