                              We had such a lovely experience at the Carlin! Our waiter Connor was well-versed on the menu, passionate about the restaurant, and more than happy to provide recommendations. Greyson, the general manager, welcomed us right as we walked in and continuously made us special throughout the night. We had gone for my boyfriend's birthday and every dish we had, every drink, and especially the banana bread dessert made our evening memorable. Thanks a million for a great night!

                              Making a reservation is helpful though I noticed walk ins were accepted. We dined on a Saturday evening in Dec. The restaurant has ample parking and seamless check in and seating with our reservation. Connor our waiter was incredible, attentive, and well versed on the menu. The raw bar was fresh and delicious. We had oysters and snow crab claws. Their restaurant is kid friendly though geared towards adults. We had our 10 and 5 year olds with us and there’s a great kids menu. The portions are very generous, my husband and I shared the short ribs and it was delicious, cooked perfectly, and flavorful. They have great craft cocktails and a great wine offering. We shared a bottle of the Hobo. We will definitely be back.

                              All of the food was outstanding and had the presentation to match. The fresh oysters were so good we ordered more! All of the entrees were delicious. In addition the service from Bertie was equally as good as the food. It is a high price but if you can afford it is worth the price. Highly recommend!
