   The restaurant is beautiful and the service was great, but the food was….lacking. Menu sounds good with list of intriguing items, but everything we ordered (carrots, ahi tuna, grouper, & pork medallions) all had the same chili/cumin flavor seasoning which seemed to not include salt. Everything that hit our table was just bland and needed to be seasoned properly. Pork and Grouper were cooked nicely, but both had the same seasoning making the entire meal very one note. Our server was great and we’d go back for a drink at the bar, but we don’t plan on eating there again anytime soon.

   Great addition to Park Ave restaurants . The Crab cake appetizer is a must. Everything cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

   The food at the Chapman is the star! Everything was amazing. The lionshead mushroom appetizer was a highlight as was the amazing crab cake and the citrus meringue pie was a great ending. They have thought through all the details at the Chapman the front of house team is top notch and the ambiance is very welcoming!!

   First time visiting & won’t be our last. Service & food is fantastic! Hope they expand the menu a little more. Wonderful bourbon selection.

   Our fabulous Server, Kayla, ensured our dining experience was truly enjoyable and memorable. The entire staff was very attentive and kind. The food was exceptional, meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The ambiance is relaxing with excellent lighting creating a zen-like vibe. I strongly recommend this outstanding restaurant with a top-notch scratch kitchen who takes fine dining and an epicurean experience to the next level.

   Really wish this management/restaurant group would get on board with labeling items on the menu safe for dairy/vegetarian/gluten free. They seem to ignore that a lot of people have dietary restrictions and are very re-active vs. being proactive. I quit eating at Boca (their sister restaurant) for this reason. They ruin the dining experience for making it difficult to order and find options that work. Not sure I will go back again as options were very limited.

   The decor was stunning but the temperature control was very off balance. The back fireplace room while fabulous was intensely warm, so much that we asked to be moved. The front of the house with the big open doors was very nice and very comfortable. The wine and cocktail service was very slow and I’ve never been a big fan of a martini in a coup glass. The charcuterie board was nice, but again very slow service. Perhaps the still newness of the kitchen in getting its rhythm. The gem salad looked wonderful as my dinning companions had, but my wedge was a little off. It was presented more like a soup with a ladle of a vinaigrette at the bottom of the bowl and iceberg lettuce wedges floating on top. The blue cheese crumbles were more like tiny drops hidden behind everything. The tomatoes mushy and crushed as you tried to slice them with a dull butter knife. For main, I ordered the pork tenderloin which I was told would be presented in medallion with a perfectly cooked pink center. They are tough, overcooked, and unseasoned pork chunks for which I returned. The potatoes wedges were a delight, but wish they did have some seasoning (other that salt), but nevertheless very good. Dinner at 7:30 was completed in almost 3 hours. Not good for table turnover. The bill for 4 people with 2 bottles of wine and martinis, roughly $400. Infer what you will from that info as you please. Final thought, I do wonder if the ratio of starter to mains would characterize this as more a lounge for drinks and Hors d'oeuvres rather than a dinner service. I think that would be fabulous!!

    Such a cool and wonderful restaurant! Second time there and it was as delicious as I remembered! Make a reservation and go eat there for sure!
