The Charles never disappoints! They always take incredible care of us, and last night was no exception. Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name!) was hands down the best server I’ve ever had in Dallas—so attentive, charming, and genuinely delightful. He made our experience unforgettable. As for the food, it’s perfection every time. The spicy shrimp pasta has to be my favorite dish in Dallas—bold flavors, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of heat. I could eat it every day! The Charles has mastered the art of creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service and food. We’ll be back again and again!

Cocktails and burrata salad were very good. The kitchen was very slow, and it took an hour before our entrees arrived.

The food was amazing. The whole staff goes above and beyond in friendliness, impeccable, customer service, and our server Ariana was incredible. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at The Charles was nothing short of exceptional! Jonathan greeted us at Bar Charles, setting the tone with perfectly crafted cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere. From there, we were escorted to the main restaurant, where Chris took outstanding care of us at Table 12 (hands down, the best seat in the house!). The team truly impressed us—Rome, another fantastic server, and Nathan, the manager, stopped by to ensure everything was perfect. The food? Absolutely divine. The pasta was heavenly, the branzino fish perfectly cooked, the polenta creamy and flavorful, and the profiteroles were the ideal sweet finish. This was a 10/10 dining experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend The Charles for anyone looking for an unforgettable evening!

Beautiful, classy, upscale restaurant for a date night. Service and ambiance were a 10, but I found the menu very limited on choices and lacked variety. Not enough steak or chicken dishes. Food was also a 10 but the portions were small.

We recently went to celebrate our work Christmas party, and we were pleasantly surprised. Starting from beginning to end, everything about The Charles was excellent. We will definitely be back. I can't remember our waiter's name, but he was great. He explained all the dishes for us and made some excellent recommendations.
