1. I tried to change my reservation 3 times - left a message and never received a call back. 2. Arrived and waited for 10 minutes before anyone assisted us 3. Took 15 minutes before a waitress came to our table 4. Another 15 minutes for drinks 5. Half of items we ordered weren’t available 6. Drinks were pure sugar and awful 7. Ordered dessert to go and it was so dry Will never go back…

Delicious food and cocktails, we had a wonderful brunch. Our server was very good and helpful. The Charles is decorated very nicely and comfortable. We also enjoy the attached gourmet coffee, wine, food shop

We love eating farm table, food, and the wonderful service. However, the noise level was extremely loud with the tables being so close overhearing everyone’s conversation and loud talking all at the same time you can barely hear the servers. Food and service was great outside of the noise level.

The Charles is consistently good in every way: food, service, atmosphere, etc. it’s also nice to browse the connecting market for delectable small-craft products, quality wines, & cocktail fixin’s. Brunch menu is varied, with a no-rush vibe.

First our apps came out in a to-go bag. Dinner was cold. Server was very nice but extremely busy. Didn't seem like much organization during holidays is going on there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Getaway Spot for Great Food and Vibes! My girlfriends and I visited The Charles in Waldorf yesterday for my friends birthday brunch, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we walked in, the inviting atmosphere set the tone for a memorable experience. The décor is stylish and modern, yet warm and welcoming perfect for a quick birthday get away. The service was top notch, the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious. From appetizers to entrées, everything was prepared perfectly. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was impressive. The sparkling water, and mocktail selections were amazing, well-crafted and refreshing. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind, laugh, and enjoy great food. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service, a lively atmosphere, and fantastic dishes, The Charles is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be coming back soon!

The food was just ok for brunch. I was a little disappointed in the cream of crab soup. The shrimp and grits was just ok. But based on previous visits where i thoroughly enjoyed the food, I’m not going to hold this one against them. Service is outstanding, can’t beat the environment. Previous visits for me had the food at 5 stars. Will of course try them at brunch again sometime
