THE CHATHAM CUT offers an especially unique, intimate dining experience.

We specialize in freshly-cut meats. Our steaks are freshly-cut every day.

The Chatham Cut does NOT use pre-packaged previously cut pre-weighed plastic-wrapped meat, or cook our steaks using the "Sous Vide," method as many other non-specialist restaurants do. Every "Cut," is fresh, which offers the special flavor profile our guests have searched for.

Our offerings are prepared in the true steakhouse old-world tradition. Side options are also steakhouse traditional, with fresh vegetables as well as loaded baked potatoes.

For those who love seafood, we offer our oysters, sourced from within walking distance and many exciting spins on traditional offerings. The Cut's Yellowfin Tuna is popular as a Tartar as well as our Sushi-Grade Entree.

                                                                                                    Food delish, service great & very accommodating to a GF member of our group. Lots of choices for her. Extensive wine list - noise level is high but we were still able to have an enjoyable experience. It was our first time dining there & we will definitely return.

                                                                                                    Starting with Matt, the host, to our waitress, Ann Marie with help from Rose, it was a wonderful night celebrating a friend's birthday! I had told my friend about the slider so we both had that and split a tiramisu for my friend's birthday, topped with a birthday candle! Thanks to entire waitstaff and the short rib slider living up to my expectations for my friend that had never been to The Cut but will return! 10+

The staff was very welcoming and the the atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable, I would certainly go back
