Set in the former Old Westminster Library – a Grade II listed building still with books lining the walls - The Cinnamon Club is a multiple award winning restaurant like no other with grandeur and character that perfectly complimented by outstanding food, classy cocktails and an outlandish wine list.

The team of chefs, headed up by Vivek Singh, Chef Rakesh Nair and Master Chef PD Khan aim to celebrate British ingredients with an Indian spice flair. Known for it's excellent tasting menu, seasonal set menus, Pre and post-theatre menus - they are known to cater to a wide range of palettes and preferences - game during the reason, seafood at it's best or a wide choice for vegetarians / vegans.

Enjoy your evening at The Cinnamon Club. We have a special menu available Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm to 6:10pm or from 9:00pm and onwards. Tuck into dishes such as Tandoori Portobello and king oyster mushrooms with stir-fry of morels with peas and mushroom pilau or Koorgi style double cooked pork belly with masala mash, raw mango and chilli sambal. The 3-course menu is priced at £38 per person. T&C's: only for groups of up to 12 guests.

Each festive season we look for new ingredients to create something new for our guests, and every now and again we look back at our favourites from the past years. Food was excellent, however the service was poor. We had to wait very very long to be served. Half of our employees left without dessert as it was too late. It seems they do not have enough staff to accommodate the amount of dinners on the day.

A mixed bag to be honest. Each of our wine glasses had black bits in them. When the waiter poured the wine, it was full of black flecks and what looked like a small parasite. They changed the glasses and gave us another glass of wine. One of the mains, sides had been forgotten off the order. I had finished my meal, pretty much, before the side arrived. After some discussion, the side was removed from the bill. Food was lovely. The overall experience was mixed.

Great experience: we ate in haste as we only had a short time before a concert. We told the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful, taking our order quickly and treating us with every consideration. The restaurant is in the magnificent surroundings of the old Westminster library and, although we were admittedly there early, it was delightfully quiet with plenty of space between the tables. Until the next time…!
