Value for money was poor, service slow and had to ask a few times for different things. Food was ok. Nice place to sit though.

The food was cold and the steaks were chewy, did say it to a server .. asked for water for the table a second time never received it.

Make sure when booking to specify if you want the restaurant. Food choice and quality of food is very very good. Staff are clearly very busy but a bit of chat and a smile really would complete the experience. Fab decor and ambience

A lovely experience this evening in the Clermont we were delighted with our meal and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were there for an early meal after six so it was nice and quiet till just before we were leaving at eight which was when it was starting to get busy. I prefer it when it’s quieter so will be booking again for the 6.15 slot. Definitely worth going the menu has something for everyone and nice for a special occasion.

Staff very nice but very badly trained not their fault. Very noisy,food very good. Manager on the night never asked if we enjoyed our meal

As always, we had a great time. My only disappointment was that the linguini and prawns (my favorite) was taken off the menu.

Food was lovely but some of our order never came to the table then they charged us for it only we noticed and they refunded us

We love the Clermont and it is our restaurant of choice on family occasions. Today, I thought the menu was very much reduced and I was a little disappointed, for example there were no pasta dishes on the menu and on the whole it seemed quite limited, however I was pushed out of my comfort zone and chose a sandwich from the lunch menu with fries as an add on and as usual no one in our party of 5 was disappointed! The food was delicious and clean plates were observed all round. I would, as I always do, recommend highly!

It was a great experience. My family and i all went for the steak options and we all enjoyed it. Everything was cooked really well; and the staff were pleasant and approachable. Great experience all round.
