Built in 1899 and located in the center of town is the Clinkscale building. The lower level houses our Lobby Bar and Restaurant serving Craft Cocktails and Modern American Cuisine. Open for service without reservation for breakfast, brunch, & lunch, with reservations recommended for dinner. Upstairs you will find our boutique hotel with 6 Exquisite Guest Rooms and a Penthouse each with luxury amenities individually decorated which just add to this building’s already Historic charm. Two of four meals had under cooked steaks. Andrew and manager did a wonderful job attending to the situation best they could.

Must stop when visiting Jerome! We took a trip to Sedona for Christmas and spent half a day in Jerome. We stopped at Tuzigoot on the way and then found a place to park in Jerome. Lots of art galleries to check out and amazing views of the valley. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Clinkscale. Nate was our server and was excellent. There were six of us so we had a chance to try a lot of the cocktails and entrees. I can tell you everything was amazing. I would highly recommend trying the Serrano Mango margarita but we also tried Coconut Margarita, Mule, Mojito and Bourbon Sazerac. For entrees we had Scallops, Chicken Milanese, Salmon, and Ribeye which were all cooked perfectly. We ended the evening with Beignets for the table with yummy dipping sauces. Nate said they were the last batch and he had to cry to make sure our table got them 😀. Highly recommend for a great meal while in Jerome!!

Very nice stuff, the manager seems to always be there making sure everyone is enjoying their time. The food is amazing as are the adult beverages! As all good restaurants these days, the prices are up there but we keep going back.

We have never had a bad experience at Clinkscale. The service is excellent, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner with good friends at The Clinkscale Restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! When we arrived, the manager greeted us warmly and surprised me with a thoughtful touch—they had done a bit of research and realized I had celebrated my birthday just a few days earlier. To my delight, they presented me with a beautiful card, a lovely gift, and a candle, along with heartfelt birthday wishes from the entire staff. This next-level service left such an impression on us all! The surprises didn’t stop there. At the end of the meal, they brought a delicious dessert to share with our entire table, which was the perfect way to conclude an incredible evening. Not only was the service impeccable, but the meal itself was out of this world! Every dish was beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. If you haven’t been to The Clinkscale, you’re truly missing out. I would choose this gem again and again, not only for the fantastic food but for the way they make every guest feel so special.
