Open for service without reservation for breakfast, brunch, & lunch, with reservations recommended for dinner. Happy New Year!!! We went to the Clinkscale on New Year's Eve, and it was fabulous. Like being in my own local establishment The service was excellent, and the food was very good. I know lots of people say its the best in Arizona, well that could be a little over the top. But none the less you should go, becasue it was quite good. The ribeye was excellent, it needed more seasoning but was well-cooked. The salmon was perfect and really good, considering this is the desert. Nothing to criticize, really, at all. Found a new Pinot Grigio that could make you forget Santa Margarita (LaCuccacina). Desert was fair as the flourless chocolate cake was dry (probably old), but it didn't take away too much from the experience. This is a truly local bar/restaurant with excellent food and service, Jerome is not too far from Cottonwood and just a little farther from Sedona. This gets our full recommendation and we will most definitely be back!!! Please try it.

Two of four meals had under cooked steaks. Andrew and manager did a wonderful job attending to the situation best they could.

Joe, apologies for the steaks being initially undercooked. I hope we were able to rectify the situation by bringing them up to the temperature that you desired. We feel that with the money you spend here, we need to be as close to perfect as possible.

Must stop when visiting Jerome! We took a trip to Sedona for Christmas and spent half a day in Jerome. We stopped at Tuzigoot on the way and then found a place to park in Jerome. Lots of art galleries to check out and amazing views of the valley. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Clinkscale. Nate was our server and was excellent. There were six of us so we had a chance to try a lot of the cocktails and entrees. I can tell you everything was amazing. I would highly recommend trying the Serrano Mango margarita but we also tried Coconut Margarita, Mule, Mojito and Bourbon Sazerac. For entrees we had Scallops, Chicken Milanese, Salmon, and Ribeye which were all cooked perfectly. We ended the evening with Beignets for the table with yummy dipping sauces. Nate said they were the last batch and he had to cry to make sure our table got them 😀. Highly recommend for a great meal while in Jerome!!

Very nice stuff, the manager seems to always be there making sure everyone is enjoying their time. The food is amazing as are the adult beverages! As all good restaurants these days, the prices are up there but we keep going back.
